Well i doubt the one follower i had is still with me since i haven't written in years but i find that i need a place to write and not quite ready to put this out on Facebook so here we go . So much has happened after years of chaos from having addiction my own an others around me i have entered a new phase in life . I had Gastric Sleeve Surgery . 17 days ago i have to say while my recovery is slow it has not been bad . I am super careful about what i eat and drink . Moving more each day only taking pain meds at night . My dream is to be able to ride horses again at 56 if it is going to happen it has to happen soon. My husband has been amazing and our daughter is doing great living in Athens I have so much to be grateful for . For the first time in a long time i am below 200 pounds .
